Week 2 in Room 14

This week we have been busy in our gardens.

We have planted some new things and tried hard to keep our gardens tidy.

While planting our gardens we came across some problems that we needed to find solutions to.
Cats were pooing in our gardens and birds were eating our plants.
The children used their great thinking and technological knowledge to try to solve these problems.

We also had some great environmentalists in the class who decided to clean up our outdoor area.  We really love when the children take responsibility for looking after our environment.

We also had a lot of construction happening in the class this week.
I think we have some builders of the future in Room 14.

We also had lots of children busy making yummy creations in our outdoor kitchen this week.

The Craft table has been very popular again this week.

We also had an investigation into Floating and Sinking.
What great science learning.
