Special PMP adventure

As a special treat for the very last PMP session of the year, our wonderful Adele made a story based obstacle course. The session started with the students listening to a story under the water. The students then had to follow the trail through the jungle, over the lily pads, through a dark cave, down the magic ice slide, along fallen trees and over mountains in search of the lost birds nest.

Term 4, Week 9 - It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

We have been busy getting ready for Christmas in Room 14.

We have been reading Christmas stories and doing Christmas crafts.

We have also had  a visit from 'Elfie' everyday.

I wonder where he will appear this coming week?

We have been busy working on our Christmas bottles ready to give as gifts to family and friends.

 

We sure have had a great year together.

Term 4 Week 8

This week we welcomed Phoebe to Room 14.

Happy birthday and welcome Phoebe.

 

On Monday we had a great day celebrating the year at Wainuiomata Pools.

 Some of our boys made their own rock band this week.

Room 14 met Santa and we packed the bus for the city mission.

 

We all worked hard to make book character masks for the masquerade parade.

 

Chaplain got into the Christmas spirit playing 'Jingle Bell's on his recorder.
