Investigating Shadows

On Tuesday the sun was shining and some of us were outside.

We noticed our shadows and decided to ask our friends to draw around our shadows.

It was lots of fun but also interesting learning.  Sometimes we had to stop and start again when the sun went away.

We enjoyed looking at the different sized shadows, making different shapes with our bodies and decorating our shadow figures on the concrete.

Our teachers were very impressed with the way we co operated with each other and worked together to achieve our shadow pictures.
